Julia Hanlon
Julia Hanlon is a yoga teacher, endurance athlete, and student of life. She has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is deeply passionate about exploring the mind, body, spirit connection. Julia blends the wisdom of Vinyasa and Yin with core-focused strength training in her uplifting and intuitive classes. She is an avid runner and has had the privilege of teaching yoga and mindfulness to Olympians and D-1 college sport teams. Julia teaches and leads retreats internationally, including partnering with the Outwild Festival and Wilder Running & Writing Retreats.
Julia is currently pursuing a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa University. She is passionate about storytelling and is the creator of the Running On Om podcast and co-director and co-producer of the award-winning documentary film, Bekoji 100.
Julia currently lives in Cambridge, MA, where she works one-on-one with clients locally and virtually to bring the therapeutic and transformative power of yoga to their lives. In her spare time, Julia can be found exploring the local trails alongside Bodhi, her Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, whom she adores.
