Josh is a meditation and mindful living coach that works with individuals who want to live more authentic lives with greater joy and resilience.  After spending the night in the hospital for an alcohol induced panic attack, Josh knew he needed to re-evaluate some things in his life. He finally owned up to the fact he was depressed and he started to make small changes to live more intentionally. Like many folks, he heard about the benefits of meditation and after a couple of years struggling to learn from apps, books, and retreats, he found a teacher who he understood. Josh has spent the last five years studying meditation in the Vedic tradition. Now, he's sharing what he's learned by living his meditation practice so that others can positively change their life, just like he has.
