Our Mission

Motional Intelligence is here to have real conversations with friends, mentors and legends who lead and share an embodied life.

We unpack how a cultivated relationship with the body informs their work and transforms their lives.

Danielle Doyle

…is a born again mover. She was an inert kid who lied her way out of a high school PE requirement. The irony is not lost on Danielle that she now teaches yoga for a living and is hosting a podcast about movement. Yoga was Danielle’s gateway into a love of movement, but even that took years to finally click. She has now been practicing yoga to some extent for more than half her life and her relationship with the practice has been ever evolving. She believes that yoga can be an incredible training ground for how to optimally use our bodies in our daily lives.  In this multifaceted practice, we have the ability to rewire our physical and mental patternings through careful attention and intention. Danielle teaches yoga and myofascial release classes online and sees bodywork clients at her office in Needham, MA.

Helen Duros

…is a wellness enthusiast with a dance background who is passionate about sharing an informed, holistic perspective of the moving body. She holds a BFA in dance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where her curiosity in sustainable fitness was sparked and cultivated. Helen is a certified 200hr yoga teacher, longtime podcast lover and avid walker who is excited to see how her kitchen-table conversations translate to the wild web. She lives in Santa Monica, California and is an advocate for an en plein air life.
